Reverence is a nourishing, gentle, deep dive into the path emotional alchemy, emotional healing and vibrant relating.
The path of REVERENCE is an intentional journey deep into your emotional world. This container is my foundational body of work and is a pre-requisite to all upper level containers or other work with me.
REVERENCE is a homecoming.
A remembrance.
A reclamation of the vibrancy and aliveness that is possible when we are in reverent relationship with our emotional interior and can hold the same degree of reverence for the emotional world of others whether we are in direct relationships with them or not.
This container is a commitment to live in your fullest, richest, most expansive expression. To open and feel life fully, to live life fully, to experience the richness that is available in our relationships when we are in right relationship with our emotional world.
REVERENCE is in service to your desire for deeper, richer, more intimately connected relationships- starting with the relationship you hold with yourself, your emotional world and your capacity to hold the essence of love within your system.
Your experience here is an invitation to slow down, attune and open to the fullness of your experience. Your sacredness is accessed as you open wider in acceptance of your whole human.
Learning to relate to your entire experience as sacred, holy and through the eyes of reverence is where we begin. As your sight with self transforms, so does your relational sight with others.
Learning to hold our emotional experiences without shame, without guilt, without the need to suppress or explode is this mastery path.
Emotional health and vibrancy is a foundational aspect of healthy relationships. Most of us know this in theory, but it can be harder to embody and practice in real time.
Being in right relationship with your emotions is essential if you want to show up responsibly and attuned in your relationships.
Being able to feel your emotions without judgment or shame, allowing your emotions to move without harming yourself or another, understanding the hidden language embedded in your emotions and being skilled in the ability to alchemize your emotions, all together, lay the groundwork to begin meeting your relationships with the reverence they deserve and require.
That deeper thing in you that has called you to this frequency and my work at this point in time- I trust it deeply and invite you to trust it deeply too.

In this introductory container you will be learning and practicing the art of emotional alchemy. You will also be laying the primary foundations for relational mastery.
This path is a slow one.
We go slow to honour your system, learn your edges, masterfully dance with your energetic and relational range.
This container is in service to reverence, emotional nourishment and approval for what is.
These are the energetics that assist you in allowing REVERENCE to lead the way in your relationships.
Without reverence our relationships fall flat. They are missing a vital nutrient.
When we're in right relationship with our emotional core, we will naturally open this portal of reverence and allow the nourishment it brings to FEED the relationship and everyone in it (and those who are impacted by it).

About This Work
This program is appropriate for all levels, whether you’re new to this work or have been in personal development for some time, this work and the way its designed is set up to serve you where you’re at.
My work is transformational. It is alchemical. It is rooted. It is expansive. My work is the intersection between the psyche and the spirit. The energetics of this work are designed to reveal to you the places, parts and patterns that are READY for alchemization and transformation.
You set the pace of this work. You are invited to go really slow. I recommend minimum 1-2 months per module. In this work, the slower you go, the more you will receive. Its not a rush to a manufactured finish line. This work is ongoing. It will be with you for life. The slower you go, the more confident and competent you’ll feel.
The first REVERENCE cohort group will be open for registration until Feb 28th (currently 5 spaces remain).
Live module teachings and classes begin Feb 6th
On the 1st of every month you will receive your monthly LIVE call schedule.
The Embodied Alchemy class happens the first Monday of the month at 12pm PST.
Live module teachings will also fall towards the start of the month and your mentorship call towards the middle/end of the month.

Reverence is a minimum 9 month container, after which becomes a rolling subscription month to month until you wish to complete. You also have the option of choosing lifetime access to this container, no payment plans, just a one time payment and you have access for life*
•Lifetime access means you have the program until either I retire or choose to close down the container. In which case you will be given 9 months notice.

• Unwinding victim consciousness and deepening your response-ability in times of challenge.
• Healing the emotional wounds that prevent openness, connection and reception in your life and relationships.
• Embodiment practices to expand your emotional capacity and range.
• How to work with high sensation emotions, open to their deeper wisdom and navigate the emotional highs and lows of life without popping out or collapsing down.
• Understanding the root of sabotage and the transformation of these relational patterns.
• How to clean up after an emotional explosion and repair in a relational capacity without spiralling into shame.
• Opening to the remembrance of holding emotions from a position of embodied reverence and the skills to alchemize them masterfully.
• Emotional attunement within your relationships and the foundations of viewing all your relationships through the lens of true reverence.
