By registering for this program I agree and consent to the following terms and conditions: 

• I acknowledge and agree I am an adult (18 years +).
  
  
•  I acknowledge I have read, understand and agree to the outline of the program which includes: 9 Live teaching modules, a monthly Embodied Alchemy Sessions, monthly group mentorship calls, access to all live EMERGENCE series classes for the duration of your program.
  
  
• I consent and agree to having access to the container for as long as I am a member here (if I have chosen the monthly payment plan) and understand that this is a minimum 9 month commitment with a rolling subscription following the completion of 9 months, until I provide a 30 day written request to leave.
  
  
• I consent and agree to my *lifetime* access to the teachings and content if I have chosen the lifetime registration offer (*lifetime* means until Kelsey chooses to either close the Creatix Mystery School permanently or retire this program in which case you will be given 3 months written notice).
  
  
• I acknowledge if I desire 1-1 mentorship session during the course of this program this is available for an additional fee. I acknowledge that I receive a current student rate for these mentorship options and these fees and options are only available to participants in any Creatrix Mystery School program.
  
  
•  I acknowledge I am entering into this program from a place of empowered free will. It is my choice to enroll into this container.
  
  
• I acknowledge and consent to attending live calls and mentorship sessions, understanding this is a major aspect of this work.
  
  
• I acknowledge and agree to keep private and confidential anything that is said or shared by the participants of the program.
  
  
• I acknowledge when I come to the Embodied Alchemy classes, I may leave the live sessions at any time and that I have agency to not participate in any aspect of the practice should I so choose.
  
  
• I understand that Embodied Alchemy is a personal practice to be done in my own space via a group video call. Participants videos and audios will be turned off during the embodiment/movement portion of the session to ensure privacy, comfort and invite a deeper opening. I understand that while I will be verbally guided through the practice, I must take full responsibility for my own experience and wellbeing before, during and after the experience.
  
  
• I acknowledge and agree that this experience may at times be emotionally, physically, psychologically, spiritually and energetically intense both during and after the practice of Embodied Alchemy and during my explorations of the Initiations and work within this path. I understand that at times aspects of the guided practice, transmission teachings or invitations for practical application may move me outside of what is familiar in my system. I understand anytime that energy is moved through the body in an embodiment practice that it may stir up repressed memories, emotions and undigested wounding and/or trauma. Non-linear movement is helpful in the release of trauma and the alchemization of these stored energetics in the body but it is not a substitute for the possible requirement of a mental health professional and proper therapeutic care. Should the processing and releasing of these stored energies extend beyond the scope of the SUGAR & SPICE  journey I consent to taking full responsibility for reaching out for proper therapeutic support. I consent to the transformative process of this journey and I take full responsibility for my own self-care before, during and after the experience.
  
  
• I acknowledge and agree to refrain from using alcohol or drugs or plant medicines before or during Embodied Alchemy sessions (both live classes and replays).
  
  
• I acknowledge this is a minimum 9 month journey and I am committed to my full participation for the duration of the path. This includes showing up for live EA/teaching sessions (or watching the replays), attending mentorship calls, completing the modules, applying the modules through the pathways outlined, being receptive to mentorship and participating in the community space.
  
  

• I agree to the enrollment fee of minimum 9 x $222/mo usd to participate in the program with a rolling subscription fee of $222/mo following the first 9 months. Should I choose to leave the program or not participate to the fullest of my capabilities I agree I am still responsible for the remaining balance on my payments. I consent to the no refunds policy of this path because I understand deep commitment is required.
  
  
• I understand, acknowledge and agree that participation in this series does not give me the right to lead, market, teach or copy Embodied Alchemy or any of the materials, concepts or distinctions in the REVERENCE curriculum. Doing so will result in legal action.
  
  
• I understand the live calls are recorded and may be used for marketing, teaching or for any other purpose which Legendary Love Academy + Creatrix Mystery School + Kelsey Grant determines appropriate. In addition to live calls direct 1-1 communication via email or DM's with questions may be used for teaching purposes. While Kelsey is very conscious to not make highly personal details public on the internet (this includes not sharing your personal contributions on calls and not sharing your photo/video for any public/social media), I understand the teaching segments facilitated by Kelsey in all recordings may be used in the future with non-attendees. This simply means, Kelsey’s teachings can be used, Kelsey’s answers to questions (both live and written) can be used (again without revealing your personal identity. I consent to being recorded and that Legendary Love Academy + Creatrix Mystery School owns the rights to the recording (videos and microphones are off during the embodiment sessions). All recordings of teaching calls, Embodied Alchemy classes, and portions of practice sessions (any teaching I do on practice session days) will live in the portal and only students of Sugar & Spice will have access to view.
  
  
•  In exchange for my ability to participate in this program, I release Kelsey Grant, Legendary Love Academy and Creatrix Mystery School from any and all liability or responsibility for any and all injury that may arise. I understand this release of liability means I cannot take legal action against Kelsey Grant or Legendary Love Academy or Creatrix Mystery School for any injury that may occur, emotional, physical, or otherwise related to my participation in this program. I consent to the risk inherent in spiritual, emotional and energetic work and I take full responsibility for any and all outcomes.
