This is a path of devotion and practice.
One that I have invested the last 15 years into mastering.
My relationships have now been transformed into safe havens of full embodied self-expression, containers where true desire comes to grow, thrive and blossom.
Relationships where all of me is welcome.
But it wasn’t always this way.
I have swung from the super boundaried walled off woman to the super open door mat woman.
I’ve been the woman who couldn’t touch her needs, desires or vision, never mind communicate them.
I’ve been the woman who defaulted to my partners needs and preferences and put mine on the back burner.
I’ve been the woman who was embarrassed, ashamed or afraid of her hunger for more.
I’ve been the woman who was hijacked by her shadow and blowing up relationships.
I’ve been the woman who was terrified to out her secrets and spent the majority of the relationship guarding my heart and truth to not be "found out".
I’ve been the woman who courageously revealed her secrets, most shame filled spaces and fears to be met with deeper understanding, approval and intimacy.
I’ve been the woman who was in full approval of her desire allowing play, exploration and ravished fulfillment.
I’ve been the woman who meets her exiled pieces with grace, curiosity and warmth.
I’ve been it all.
I’ve learned the truth of my power, self-expression and aliveness lives in being able to touch, embrace and alchemize the wisdom of my shadow.
I’ve learned the richness of my life is in direct proportion to my approval and allowance of opening and revealing my truest desires.
I’ve learned the ache for deep, potent relational connection lives within my ability to embody my standards and weave them through my expression.
I've learned the depth of my relationships is connected to my willingness, openness and courage to reveal my boundaries, back them up and have my own back.
Standing powerfully in the truth of who you are is a deeply intimate and connective process.
Remaining embodied in this connection when you’re challenged, when the people you love most disagree or when someone has an egoic reaction to your boundary is where the richest relational opening occurs.
The relationship you have to naming and expressing the taboo desires in you influences the current of power you can anchor into.
If there are parts of you you’re not in approval of, desires you have that you make wrong, its impossible for the pathway of embodied true desire to occupy your essence.
GUMPTION MEETS FULL APPROVAL
The spicy parts, the sweet parts, the shadowy parts, the bright parts. All of it belongs. But a lot of what you’ve likely learned about love and relating has you lock down these exact parts of yourself. Banish them to the shadows.
Whatever is banished to the shadow is what gets in the way when you attempt to hold your power when setting a boundary.
Its the part that fucks with you when you are met with disagreement, disapproval and collapses you into pleasing, placating or undermining your own knowing and the deepest desires within you.
It's the part that makes your desires wrong and sets you up to NOT have the FULLNESS of your desires.
THE TRUTH OF YOUR DESIRE IS REVEALED IN THE PATH OF DESCENT.
We go down into the body.
We go down into what you think is taboo.
We name the thoughts, desires and ideas that lurk in the shadows.
We shower these parts with approval.
We get well practiced in the art of staying connected, embodied and open when the spicy moments of fully being seen and witnessed are at our doorstep
Because each of these layers holds a piece of the gold you're after.
Collapsing when setting boundaries happens when we’re not practiced in the ART
of embodying them when
the HEAT
of the moment sets in.
The mind goes blank.
Palms get sweaty.
We start to panic.
Our fears of rejection or abandonment fire up and we collapse our boundary.
Same thing happens when you’re asked what you want, what you most desire.

Our fears of rejection, abandonment and being “too much” or a “weirdo” fire up and we dumb down our desire. We make it more “palatable”. We weave the energetics of people pleasing in and then we end up malnourished, unsatisfied and resentful.
Your boundaries and your desires are deeply intertwined.
How you relate to your boundaries reveals your relationship with your desires.
How you relate to your desires reveals your relationship with your boundaries.
To be able to hold your system with full approval when you deliver your desires and boundaries generates the energetic field that opens the realm of possibility for those desires to be met and the boundaries to be honoured.
The richness of connection you desire.
The healthy relating.
The mutual meeting.
All requires the fullness of your embodiment. You being fully IN the fullness of you.
Until the muscles are toned up in the places where you collapse, back down or hide the truth of who you are, the richness of love that you desire will continue to come up flat, or not quite it.
The more fucked up you get by staying anchored in whats most honest for you in relationship, the more this container is for you.
These muscles need to be practiced in real time. This is why reading books about boundaries or desire only changes so much. It won’t help you in the moments when the old wounding gets triggered and you slip into your protection tactics.
If you don't have a place to work out these muscles, they aren't going to get trained.
IN THIS CONTAINER WE ARE DOING THE TRAINING, THE PRACTICING, THE SOMATIC EMBODIMENT OF YOUR BOUNDARIES, STANDARDS AND DESIRES.
IT IS IN THIS INTIMATE CONTAINER THAT YOU GET TO PRACTICE IN A LOW RISK SPACE SO WHEN YOU GO TO REVEAL YOUR DESIRES OR SET YOUR STANDARDS OR BACK UP YOUR BOUNDARIES THAT FIERCE, GUMPTION-FILLED POWERHOUSE OF A WOMAN TAKES THE STAGE.
This isn’t a container if you want to passively sit back and not participate or just observe everyone else- that behaviour is literally feeding the pattern you’re trying to break.
This container requires you to show up for yourself, show up to practice, otherwise when the rubber hits the road in those compressed moments, you’ll continue to collapse.

This is a small and intimate container. A place to work with me deeply.
I will be working 1-1 with everyone in the container. You will be working with each other. You will be practicing the embodiment of your standards, your boundaries, your desires and learning how to hold your potent power when challenged.
Currently a 1-1 session with me is $1111 and I rarely take on 1-1 clients any more.
This is a special opportunity to work closely with me for 6 months.

• ONE 30 minute 1-1 with Kelsey to use in either month 4, 5 or 6 of the program.

*Attendance for the practice sessions is required for this program.*
The teaching modules and the EA sessions will be available as replays if you're unable to join live.
The practice sessions are the place where I will be working with you directly and where you will be put into small breakout rooms (3 people) to PRACTICE the skills you're learning.
The practice breakout rooms will not be available for review which is why it is imperative these sessions are attended by everyone in the container.
