Embodied Alchemy Method

 
Embodied Alchemy Method is my signature embodiment practice.

Embodied alchemy is a guided non-linear movement based practice designed to clear the physical, emotional and energetic channels of the body so your creative essence, emotional attunement and relational genius can powerfully flow as it is designed to.

The practice assists in alchemizing any emotional blocks, stuck energy or denseness in the body as well as liberating your creative vessel (your body and mind) from anxiety, fear, overthinking and resensitizing the body if it's in a state of functional freeze.

Each practice session assists in expanding your nervous system capacity and deepening your self-body connection to create the conditions to channel your creative and relational energy more freely.


In these containers we work with the energies of alchemy- transforming dense energy into something more expansive, useful and workable.


Each series is focused around a central theme for alchemization and expansion.

These containers are 
Part teaching.
Part excavation/clearing.
Part integration.

For transformation to occur on the deepest levels we must work with the body AND we also must align our relational awareness and behavioural patterns to assist in the real time changes.


While these are shorter containers they are potent in their transformational value.


Energies that have been stuck for decades, open and clear.

Places where you’ve been holding onto past pain receive the love, attention and connection from you they need in order to release and integrate.

Actions you believed were out of range become second nature to you and expand the range of possibilities the more you work with the body.

 The next EA series is a double header. 

You can choose to do one or both series (my recommendation is both considering how much these themes are interconnected). 

In this 5 week container we will be alchemizing the pattern of overgiving and overfunctioning into reciprocal relating.

Generosity is a beautiful thing. Being a giver is such a powerful embodiment of love. 

Givers need to be with other givers. 

For relationships to be reciprocal and a vehicle that supports your BIG soulful mission we must unwind any patterns of overfunctioning/overgiving.  

We will cover: 

• The root of overfunctioning and overgiving aka why we do it and what core need is not being met when we do. 
• How overfunctioning prevents intimacy and true connection. 
• Expanding the capacity for vulnerability and openness.
• Creating the conditions for receptivity and reciprocity. 
• The foundations of reciprocal relating and the practice of these skills in your day to day.

In this 5 week container we will be alchemizing the pattern of jealousy and envy into embodied confidence.

Jealousy and envy are no strangers to the relational experiences most of us have. 

When they arise it's common to feel shame, embarassment and beat ourselves up for not being more secure. 

But this is where we miss the mark, because jealousy and envy are rarely signals of true insecurity- but they are signals that showcase what we need to not only feel more secure but more embodied in our worth, confidence and what we have to bring to the table relationally.  

We will cover: 

• The distinction between jealousy and envy- they are not the same and we often use jealousy as a blanket diagnosis which prevents us from actually getting to the root.
• Understanding the origin stories of your jealousy and envy and what they reveal about your hearts true desires.
• Somatic practices for working WITH these two energies when they flair up aka how to not be a snap show, blow up your relationships or push people away when you feel these sensations. 
• How to work with the mind and reframe in a way that serves the relational container and still honours what you need.
• Creating intimacy with the parts that do feel insecure and understanding what these parts need to feel more secure, loved and taken care of.
• How to COMMUNICATE your underlying needs, wants and desires to create the conditions to feel free, open, safe and secure in your relational containers (platonic and romantic).
